A organic light-emitting diode device and a driving method thereof are provided to improve image sticking by using a black data insertion scheme. A light emitting display device includes first, second, and third transistors(T1,T2,T3), a capacitor(C), and an LED(Light Emitting Diode)(OLED). A first electrode of the first transistor is connected to a data part and a gate thereof is connected to a first control part. The second transistor, which a gate thereof is connected to a second control part and a first electrode thereof is connected to a second source voltage part, receives inversed signals from the second control part. A gate of the third transistor is connected to second electrodes of the first and second transistors. One end of the capacitor is connected to a first source voltage part and a first electrode of the third transistor, and the other end thereof is connected to the gate of the third transistor. The LED is illuminated by driving the third transistor.
