Electronic equipment having a directional microphone is provided to improve the sensitivity to a specific sound even in a noisy space by guiding the sound to sound path. Electronic equipment having a directional microphone includes a base(1), a first guide unit, a second guide unit, and a sound path. The microphone is arranged in the base. The first guide unit is provided in the base, and guides a sound to one surface of the microphone. The second guide unit is provided in the base, and guides the sound to the other surface of the microphone. The sound path connects the first and second guide units. A plurality of fixing ribs are provided in the base at regular intervals to fix the side of the microphone.
