The device has a circular crown (1) attached to a fixed part (10) of a space equipment, and a handle (6) activating a mobile part (11). The handle is rigidly connected to an internal ring of a ball bearing or roller bearing. The fixed part is connected to an external ring (3) of the bearing by a flexible arm (4) through rotation around an axis of the bearing. A stop (5) is rigidly attached to the external ring for cooperating with the handle such that relative rotation of the rings is angularly limited.
