An identification badge features an openable interior capable of containing one, or more, of a possible plurality of information bearing substrates, the information relating to the user's identity. A significant embodiment being use of the badge, specifically as a child's identification badge. The information bearing substrate may contain information relating to an accompanying parent or guardian, phone numbers, child medical needs or allergy information. Up to five substrates, each bearing information about a different accompanying individual may be used. The badge may take up substantially the structural form of a closeable clasp locket, further featuring an external attachment pin so that the closed item can be worn as a badge. An image identifying the product may be present on the outside of the badge when closed. |
