SYSTEM FOR PROVIDING NETWORK RESOURCE CONTROL FUNCTION IN INTERNET AND METHOD THEREOF

A system and a method for providing a network control function in the Internet are provided to enhance QoS(Quality of Service) to thus obtain competitiveness and increase profit by providing a network-based service in which a network control function is combined with a pure application service. In response to a request from a user terminal(11), a control node(12) connects the user terminal(11) to the Internet(13). An SP(Service Provider) service system(15) provides an Internet application service to the user terminal(11) in response to a request from the user terminal(11). A service access control system(14) allocates network resources for providing the Internet application service to the control node(12) while the user terminal(11) uses the Internet application service.
