发明名称 METHOD OF NONDESTRUCTIVELY REFINING CARBON NANOTUBE
摘要 <p>A nondestructive refining method for carbon nanotube is provided to obtain easily highly pure carbon nanotube with high yield. The nondestructive refining method for carbon nanotube comprises: an acid treatment step that a carbon nanotube composition containing impurities is treated with aqueous acid solution; a filtration step that the carbon nanotube composition treated with acid is reacted with cationic dispersant, and the impurities are extracted with organic solvent; a separation step that the remained carbon nanotube after filtration is re-dispersed and the non-multiple carbon nanotube is separated; and a heat treatment step that the impurities are extracted and organic matters in the remained nanotube is removed. The carbon nanotube composition containing impurities is oxidized by refluxing with aqueous acid solution boiled at 100-100deg.C for 1-15 hours. The acid-treated carbon nanotube composition and cationic dispersant is reacted at 90-150deg.C for 12-96 hours. The filtration step comprises steps of: installing a filtration instrument having a filter inside thereof in a soxlet extraction equipment; feeding the carbon nanotube composition which is reacted with cationic dispersant in the filtration instrument; and repeatedly washing the carbon nanotube composition using organic solvent. The separation step comprises steps of: dispersing the remained carbon nanotube composition by extraction of impurities using ultrasonic wave; separating the supernatant after centrifugation; and filtering the supernatant on filter. In the heat treatment step, 80sccm-120sccm of air is flowed in the furnace that is maintained at 300-400deg.C for 10 minutes to 1 hour.</p>
