A multi-purposed exercise equipment is provided to allow a user to adjust a size thereof according to his/her body condition and to select a strengthening degree of exercise, to achieve a convenient assembly and disassembly as well as a simple carriage and storage, and to reduce a production cost. A multi-purposed exercise equipment includes: a handle member(10), having two grasping bars(11), and a rotary ring(12) which is arranged between the grasping bars and has a greater diameter than the grasping bars; a holding member(20), having a pair of holding cases(21), a handle rotating recess(22), a support rod rotating recess(23), and a fixing hole(24) for fixing the holding cases in such a manner that they are laid over each other, wherein the rotary ring of the handle member is inserted into the handle rotating recess; a support rod member(30), having a support rod(31) which is composed of two rod pieces with a threaded part in its cut center, and a coupling(35), connecting the threaded parts of the two rod pieces of the support rod with each other; and a weight member(40), having a radial slot(42) which is formed from the center to the outside thereof so that the support rod of the support rod member is inserted into the radial slot.
