A device for outputting a briefing of an integrated ubiquitous-city controlling platform is provided to offer necessary function for outputting situation of each controlling system and interchange information among control services by enabling the control services to follow a predetermined rule. A briefing module(110) classifies and transmits the information to each service by receiving the information to be output to the briefing from the integrated ubiquitous-city controlling platform. A briefing terminal(120) outputs the information received from the briefing module, and generates and transmits a message according to control of the integrated ubiquitous-city controlling system to the outside through the briefing module. The briefing module includes a module connection manager(111) managing connection between the briefing and the integrated ubiquitous-city controlling platform, and a module data manager(112) receiving the information from the integrated ubiquitous-city controlling platform, classifying the received information into each service, and transmitting the classified information to the briefing terminal.
