A sheet pile unit and a construction apparatus for the same are provided to construct an underground structure easily and exactly. A sheet pile unit for preventing circumferential subsidence or breakdown of an underground structure comprises sheet piles(100) connected in one direction, bent in a C-shape to widen from two sides and equipped with isolating pieces(120) to make facing inner sides flat with respect to front and rear sheet piles and to prevent inflow of cement concrete through two bent sides and connecting hooks(140a,140b) rolled in the opposite directions, and a partition pile(200) coupled between the connected front and rear sheet piles to mark off a space horizontally and to keep the space between the front and rear sheet piles and equipped with an H-shaped fixing piece(220) fitted between the isolating pieces of the sheet pile to prevent forward and backward movements and to prevent the inflow of cement concrete through the connecting hooks. A construction apparatus of a sheet pile unit comprises guide rails installed at two sides of a site for constructing a sheet pile unit and formed to make an upper rail move back and forth by a first cylinder installed at a lower rail to move a press machine for driving a sheet pile unit safely, a pedestal installed on the top of the guide rails and formed to be adjustable in a space by a second cylinder to secure a space for installing the vertical beam between the two guide rails, a vertical beam installed on the upper part of the pedestal vertically and formed to be adjustable in a gradient by a third cylinder, a press machine installed to the vertical beam to press-fit the sheet pile unit to the ground with vibration motors and right, left pile press cylinders to drive the sheet pile unit, and a reaction force prevention pin installed on two sides of a lower rail of the guide rail and driven in the ground to fix the guide rails. |
