A job offering system using a human network and a method thereof are provided to give a predetermined refund to a job hunter and a head hunter, even if the job hunter is employed through the human network. At least one job offering advertisement is received and stored from a job offering server(S110). The stored job offering advertisement except for a contact address of a head hunter is displayed on a web page(S120). The displayed job offering advertisement is requested to be provided to a second job offering server from a first job hunter server(S130). A resume is received and stored(S140). The resume excluding the contact address of the job hunter is offered to the head hunter server providing the job offering advertisement(S150). |
