A portable electrolyzed water device is provided to use the portable electrolyzed water device semi-permanently by allowing users to clean an anode and an anode conveniently and enabling an adsorbent(bamboo charcoal) and a battery to be sterilized or replaced with new ones if necessary. As a simple, light, small and conveniently used electrolyzed water device, a portable electrolyzed water device comprises: a body in which Pt-plated titanium as a positive electrode(12), silver as a negative electrode(12), and positive and negative terminals(10,11) of a battery(5) are contained; and an electrode cover for covering the electrodes, wherein the positive and negative electrodes are connected to the positive and negative terminals of the battery. The portable electrolyzed water device further comprises an adsorbent(bamboo charcoal)(22) into which lower parts of the positive and negative electrodes are inserted in a bent shape, wherein since the two electrodes are adjacent to each other, the drinking water is circulated around the adsorbent by dipping the electrodes into drinking water in a cup, thereby generating bubbles from the electrodes such that the bubbles are floated continuously.
