An armrest equipped with an auxiliary cover locking device is provided to allow contents received in an auxiliary receiving space to be discharged therefrom by preventing an open/close button from being pressed. An armrest equipped with an auxiliary cover locking device comprises an armrest body(10) having a main receiving space. An armrest cover(12) is coupled with one side of the armrest body(10) to open or close the main receiving space. An auxiliary receiving space(22) is formed at the armrest cover(12). An auxiliary armrest cover(15) opens or closes the auxiliary receiving space(22). An open/close button(100) adjusts opening/closing of the auxiliary armrest cover(15). A horizontal detector(120) detects a horizontal state of the armrest cover(12). An operating section(150) fixes or releases the open/close button(100) according to a signal output from the horizontal detector(120). |
