FILM WITH ALIGNMENT FILM AND OPTICAL DEVICE

Disclosed is a film with alignment film which enables to exhibit stable liquid crystal orientation. This film with alignment film is excellent in adhesion between layers, thereby having high durability and excellent reworkability. Also disclosed is an optical device using such a film with alignment film. Specifically disclosed is a film with alignment film comprising at least resin base and an alignment film which is characterized by having a photocurable resin layer arranged between the resin base and the alignment film and formed by using a photocleavage-type photopolymerization initiator. Also specifically disclosed is an optical device comprising at least a resin base, an alignment film and an optical function layer which is characterized by having a photocurable resin layer arranged between the resin base and the alignment film and formed by using a photocleavage-type photopolymerization initiator.
