The device has a case (1) including air inlet and outlet orifices (2, 3, 4) intaking and evacuating air from an inside, and towards the inside and an outside of a cab interior, respectively. An air circulation channel (5) extends between the orifices. A partition subdivides the channel into affected air passages (7, 8) at respective surfaces of a peltier effect thermoelectric unit (6), where an integrality of air flow (10) inside the case traverses the unit by the passages. Air flow distribution units (13, 14) are placed in downstream and upstream of the unit, respectively.
