A stopper opening structure with a guide cap for a beverage vessel is provided to help a user to open the vessel more safely and easily without spilling the beverage, and to cover the opening with the guide cap, thereby reducing possible contamination of the beverage. A stopper opening structure for a beverage vessel(1) includes a protruded opening part(2), which is constituted by a pair of guide rails(21) caved into a preset depth and extended in a horizontal direction, a first cut portion(22) formed in parallel and having a covered top and a thin edge to facilitate cutting, a second cut portion(23) for connecting the front ends of the first cut portion, and a protrusion(25) where a hole(24) is formed near the second cut portion; and a guide cap(3), which is constituted by a guide protrusion corresponding to the guide rail pair, and a hook to be inserted into the hole.
