A terminal module assembly for a mold cased circuit breaker and the mold cased circuit breaker having the same assembly are provided to facilitate production and packaging by forming the terminal module into three phase single body type assembly to a power side and a load side of the circuit breaker, respectively. A terminal module assembly for a mold cased circuit breaker includes a plurality of terminals, a plurality of terminal bases, a plurality of intermediate assemblies, a common supporting base, and a final terminal module assembly(10). The plurality of terminals are selectively prepared among a standard type, a plug-in type and a box type terminals corresponding to a plurality of fixing contacts prepared by phases, and electrically connected with the fixing contacts. The plurality of terminal bases are selectively prepared among a standard type, a plug-in type and a box type terminal bases in correspondence with the selected terminal to individually fix and support the terminal. The plurality of intermediate assemblies are made by assembling each terminal and each base. The common supporting base supports the plurality of intermediate assemblies irrespective of the type of the terminal or the terminal base. The final terminal module assembly is formed by assembling the intermediate assemblies and the common supporting bases.
