A prism of an optical engine and a prism fixing structure are provided to remove an air gap and to prevent the prism from being separated from a reflectometer case when adhesion of a bond is reduced by fixing the prism without an adhesive agent. A prism(110) of an optical engine is composed of a first prism(111); a second prism(112) provided with a width different from that of the first prism and combined to the first prism; a hanging stage(113) formed at a combined part of the first and second prisms; and a fixing member hung to the hanging stage to fix the position of the prisms. A prism fixing structure comprises a case; the prism placed on one section of the case, composed of two parts with different widths, and provided with a protruded unit formed at the combined surface of two parts; and a prism holder(120) contacting with the protruded unit and preventing the prism from being separated from the case.
