The device has a tubular shaped heating resistor (B) for heating vegetable oil arriving from a supply pump of a burner through a metallic tube coil (A) and in a vaporizing chamber (C) which vaporizes the oil from the coil. The vaporized oil is released to a line of nozzles (E, G) for a normal operation of the burner. A heat insulator (D) accumulates constant heat for maintaining the vapor/gas in the chamber.
