<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power conversion apparatus capable of improving the efficiency of assembling work. <P>SOLUTION: The power conversion apparatus has at least a semiconductor module, a bus bar, comprising at least a pair of circuit boards connected to the DC power supply terminal of the semiconductor module for supplying DC power, and a capacitor module electrically connected to the circuit board of the bus bar, each being arranged within a housing.
