A charged particle supplying apparatus is provided with a discharge section (3) for generating charged particles (1) and discharging the charged particles to a prescribed area of an object, i.e., a human body (2), and a potential holding section (4) for holding a potential (10) of the human body (2) so that the discharged particles (1) are continuously attracted or adsorbed to the prescribed area of the human body (2). The potential holding section (4) is provided with an insulating circuit (5) for preventing an excess current from flowing to the object. A section (6) to be electrostatically charged is connected to a potential holding section (4) to be electrostatically charged by the potential holding section (4), and is arranged on the surface of a grasping section (7) formed in a prescribed graspable shape.
