FIELD: product grinding equipment. ^ SUBSTANCE: apparatus has casing with discharge branch pipe, screw adapted for connection to drive, and cutting tool consisting of knife and grid. Apparatus is additionally provided with pendulum-type pusher and accumulating trough making continuation of charging branch pipe formed as curved chamber of rectangular section. Curved chamber is joined to working chamber to define feeding window with acute edge in its lower part inclined to shaft of rotation of screw. Pendulum-type pusher has support provided with cock and fixed by means of spring-loaded shaft in eyelets of accumulating trough, and shoulder formed as semi-circle of rectangular section designed for movement within charging branch pipe. Shoulder end is configured so as to define within feeding window continuation of internal wall of working chamber in extreme position of pusher. There are guiding multiple-thread helical slots on part of internal wall surface cooperating with product, said slots having equilateral triangle section with rounded apex. Screw has one or two constant pitch blades, with pitch of blades being equal to pitch of screws and oriented in opposite direction. Blade sections are made from hard alloy with distinctly defined side face having cutting edge within feeding window. End surface of each blade has crescent-type protruding knife with internal spiral-shaped cutting edge converging in screw axis direction. Lower side of feeding window of casing and end surface of screw blades are made from hard alloy. ^ EFFECT: reduced consumption of power for product grinding process and increased product processing speed. ^ 9 cl, 2 dwg |
