<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermovalve which can fill up with oil the circuit which high temperature oil is communicated with, in the low temperature condition. <P>SOLUTION: The thermovalve 30 which is arranged in the oil circuit and switches a flow channel according to the oil temperature, comprises: a thermovalve case 31 to include a plurality of channels to communicate to outside; and a cylinder 36 formed so that it moves in the thermovalve case 31 and for switching the flow channel according to the time when the oil temperature is high and low.
