PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure the safe traveling of a tricycle with a front cargo box by reducing a load applied to a connecting shaft connecting the front cargo box to a unicycle. SOLUTION: This tricycle with a front cargo box is formed by rotationally connecting a front cargo box 1 with a handle 3 and two wheels 5 and 5 to the front part of the unicycle 7 via the connecting shaft 9 in an anteversion attitude; and is characterized in that the front cargo box 1 is disposed with an arc-shaped guide rail 51 using the connecting shaft 9 as the center, the unicycle 7 is provided with rollers 53, the rollers 53 are fitted in the guide rail 51 and, when the front cargo box 1 is rotationally turned to the unicycle 7, the rollers 53 move along the guide rail 51.
