PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a key panel attaching structure which is simple and inexpensive without a design restriction. SOLUTION: A key panel has four pressed-in bosses provided so as to stick out of four corners of the surface in the same thickness direction. A rubber contact board of the key switch has four fitting portions which respectively fit to the pressed-in bosses provided on the key panel. A telephone has four penetrating holes to which the fitting portions are respectively fit from the inside of the telephone with the key switch on an upper surface where an operation key is provided, and presses-in the pressed-in bosses provided on the key panel to the fitting portions of the key switch respectively fit to the four penetrating holes from the upper surface of the telephone, so that the key panel is latched on the upper surface of the telephone.
