PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a one-reel type tape cartridge capable of maintaining the optimal amount of liquid on a winding stem and preventing occurrence of errors caused by tape deformation. SOLUTION: The one-reel type tape cartridge comprises a tape MT, a reel 2 wound with the tape MT, and a cartridge case which houses the reel 2. The reel 2 has the winding stem 21 wound with the tape MT, and unevenness is provided on an outer peripheral surface of the winding stem 21, the unevenness being continuous in a circumferential direction of the winding stem 21 and formed by forming a plurality of V-shaped grooves 25 along the axis.
