PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic gas meter, capable of supplying appropriate battery capacity, in matching with the usage conditions, and to provide a battery pack for use of the electronic gas meter. SOLUTION: The electronic gas meter has a substrate 10, with a controller 11 mounted with the power supplied from a battery for controlling the overall operation of the gas meter, and two connectors 15 and 16 and electrically connected in parallel for connecting battery packs 30 and 40, in which batteries 33 and 43 are respectively accommodated are mounted on the substrate 10.
