PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preparing a molybdenum disulfide composite plating liquid where a plating liquid in which molybdenum disulfide fine powder particles are separated into scattered particles, so as to be uniformly dispersed can be obtained, and to provide a molybdenum disulfide composite plating method where a plating film in which molybdenum disulfide fine particles are uniformly distributed can be obtained. SOLUTION: The method for preparing a molybdenum disulfide composite plating liquid comprises: a particle crushing treatment stage where the fine powder of molybdenum disulfide is mixed with lower alcohol, and the mixture is stirred, so as to crush the fine powder of molybdenum disulfide; a mixing stage where a mixed liquid of the fine powder of molybdenum disulfide and the lower alcohol is added to a plating liquid; and an alcohol removing stage where the lower alcohol is volatilized from the plating liquid comprising molybdenum disulfide and the lower alcohol, so as to be removed.
