A blood platelet agitator is provided to minimize the generation of the noise thereof in the process of thawing the frozen blood to be used for blood transfusion, and to improve the durability. A blood platelet agitator includes a case(20), a driving portion(21) and plural wheels. A storing case(10) is disposed on the upper part of the case. Frozen blood is received into the storing case maintaining a predetermined temperature condition. The driving portion is received into the case, and is connected to make the storing case do reciprocating motion to the left and right. The wheels are fixed individually to the case to support the bottom surface of the storing case. The driving portion includes a bracket(11) having a hollow portion. A bearing(215) is inserted into and adhered to the hollow portion.
