PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving force control device and a driving device for a vehicle capable of avoiding the occurrence of back torque when connecting a clutch.

SOLUTION: The clutch 4 has an outer ring member 4B connected to a rotating shaft on the motor side; an inner ring member 4A connected to a rotating shaft on the wheel side; rollers 4C interposed in an engaging space formed between these rotating members; and a cage 4E regulating the circumferential position of the rollers 4C. A clutch control means 170 connects the clutch 4 when the rotating speed of the outer ring member 4B is not less than the rotating speed of the inner ring member 4A.
