<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote lecture system which enables the user of a mobile telephone to get lectured on unknown operations of the mobile telephone directly from an operator. <P>SOLUTION: An authentication server 21 performs user authentication for a user A to log in when he or she uses a remote lecture and operator authentication for an operator who operates from a distance to log in when he or she starts operation. A remote control server 22 performs control between the mobile telephone 1 and an operator terminal 3 such as instruction to the operator on how to operate the mobile telephone 1, management of control status of the mobile telephone 1, and management of operators who handle remote lecture.
