PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high frequency wave heating device capable of providing desired cooking finish suitable for kind of matters to be heated, when a grill menu is selected, and capable of improving heating efficiency. SOLUTION: This micro-wave heating device is provided with a heating chamber in which a heating tray for loading a matter to be heated is detachably installed, a micro-wave generating means, a waveguide transmitting micro-wave from the micro-wave generating means, a rotary antenna for radiating the micro-wave to the heating chamber from the waveguide, a drive means driving and rotating the rotary antenna, an operation part capable of selecting a grill menu heating the matter to be heated with loading the same on the heating tray and a warming menu heating the matter to be heated without using the heating tray, and a control means controlling the drive means based on output signal from the operation part.
