摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a secondary battery superior in high temperature storage characteristics by suppressing generation of gas due to reaction of a positive electrode and electrolytic liquid and increase of internal resistance under high-temperature storage. <P>SOLUTION: The secondary battery is provided with a positive electrode 13, a negative electrode 14, and an electrolyte 16.
