PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rice husking and milling facility securing a certain milling for husk and brown rice without causing complication of the facility structure and increase of cost. SOLUTION: This rice husking and milling facility comprises a husking machine 14 husking the husk sent from a charge hopper 12, a milling machine 16 milling the received brown rice, and a control part controlling the operation of these machines. A rice type discrimination means 12d is provided for discriminating whether the substance received in the hopper 12 is husk or rice. The control part is composed to start the milling machine 16 in a delayed timing when the discrimination result is husk than in the case of brown rice. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
