<p>The press is covered with a frame and has adjustable roller blinds on each side, set to cover the sides down to the work feed. The front of the press is protected by a transparent blind. All the blinds are linked to safety switches which isolate the press if any blind is moved. The blinds allow fitting to any size of press without requiring a specially made enclosure. The front transparent blind can be replaced by a light gate switch so that the press is isolated if the operator reaches past the gate. The side blinds can be of flexible metal construction with simple, bolt-on guides.</p> |
