This invention relates to a modification of electrically conductive coatings that provides chemical and electrochemical reduction of not-noble metal sulfides in solution containing bivalent metal ions of iron subgroup (iron, cobalt, nickel). In caseof electrochemical reduction the cathode potential is used egual to or slightly exceeds discarge potential of iron ions containing in reduction solution. Bivalent metal ions of iron subgroup or mixtures thereof containing in the solution of chemicalor electrochemical reduction are present in amount not less than 0,005 mol/L.
