<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lid material with a draining function for a container for a raw needle or the like which is excellent in sealing properties, can simply perform draining, and can use a filling machine with versatility, and to provide a shrink packaging. <P>SOLUTION: The lid material with a draining function is characterized in that a laminated body is laminated with a surface substrate layer (20) and a plastic film layer (50), and the interlaminar part is divided into a releasing region (1) consisting of a releasing agent layer (14), a non-releasing region (6) for forming a draining hole, and a non-releasing region (7) for forming an opening part for taking out a material or the like, and a cut-off line (2) for forming the draining hole in the non-releasing region (6) and a cut-off line (3) for forming the opening part for taking out the material or the like in the other non-releasing region (7) are respectively provided within a range reaching the surface substrate layer (20) from the innermost face side of the plastic film layer (50), and an adhesive layer (15) is wholly or partially provided on the surface side of the surface substrate layer (20). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
