PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a toner having desired properties in a good yield by preventing a composition change and deterioration of the work environment due to scattering of a toner starting material mixture and reducing loss due to dropping of the toner starting material mixture. SOLUTION: In an apparatus 1 for manufacturing an electrophotographic toner comprising a hopper 2 which is a raw material storage means, a raw material drawing means 3, a raw material conveyance means 4 and a continuous two-roll kneading machine which is a kneading means, the raw material conveyance means 4 comprises a belt conveyor feeder 13, a straightening mean 17 and a pectinate member 19 to which a vibration imparting means 20 is connected, and a toner raw material mixture is spread on the belt conveyor 14a over its width direction and fed into the continuous two-roll kneading machine in this state.
