The fermented green tea is prepared by (1) soaking dryed green tea in distilled water, filtering, (2) adding sugar, fructose and glucose into the obtd. green tea extract, adjusting to pH 6.5 with Na2CO3 or NaHCO3, (3) sterilizing and cooling to obtain sugared soakage of green tea, (4) mixing with at least one of lactobacillus selected among the group of Lactobacillus Acidophilus TP104(KFCC-10819) and Streptococcus thermophilus TP105 (KFCC-10820) to the above sugared soakage of green tea by amount of 0.6-1wt.%, and (5) fermenting the obtd. mixt. for 2-3 days to obtain the final product.
