PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging box of a single kind to be supplied by a shipping origin which is capable of sufficiently displaying information necessary for consumers, and converted and adapted for the packing function suitable for the delivery and the stationary displaying function over a shop front. SOLUTION: The packaging box is equipped with a hollow parallelepiped exterior part for storing a member to be packaged, an opening part for inserting the member to be packaged inside the exterior part therethrough, and a lid part provided on one side of the opening part, covering the opening part and having an end part mounted on a side face of the exterior part facing the opening part.
