When a radio communication device has a plurality of systems, even a system having the lowest requirement for a battery voltage can use up the battery. The radio communication device (100) can perform communication by using a plurality of communication systems and includes: a plurality of communication units including a system A communication unit performing radio signal communication by using the GSM communication system and a system B communication unit performing radio signal communication by using the UMTS communication system; a power supply voltage detection unit (19) for detecting a voltage of power supplied to a plurality of communication units at a predetermined cycle; and a power supply control unit (16) which compares the power supply voltage to an end voltage of each of the communication systems and performs a control to stop the communication by the system A communication unit if the power supply voltage is lower than the end voltage of the GSM communication system and to continue the communication by the system B communication unit if the power supply voltage is greater than the end voltage of the UMTS communication system.
