<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a race flow betting method, a race flow betting program, and a race flow betting device for providing a designated payback to a bettor from an acquired amount when the payback is designated by the bettor in a race flow betting method of a public race in a totalizator system. <P>SOLUTION: Information on betting including races, bet types, combination numbers, payback, and the number of betting is acquired from a betting terminal, and identification information is added thereto. The issue of the betting ticket including the identification information is instructed to the betting terminal. A betting processing is performed for a designated race according to the betting information. When the betting by the betting processing hits, the payback amount is provided and stored based on the payback amount. The betting number equivalent to the rest obtained by deducting the payback amount from the amount provided by hitting is betted in the next designated race.
