FIELD: radio engineering and communications, possible use during realization of discrete and analog processing devices: filters, amplifiers and correctors. ^ SUBSTANCE: device contains balancing current conveyor (1), which has non-inverting low-ohmic input (2), inverting low-ohmic input (3), non-inverting high-ohmic input (4), inverting high-ohmic input (5), non-inverting current output (6), inverting current output (7), where current outputs, which are also outputs of integrator, are connected to grounded capacitors (8) and (9), and to low-ohmic inputs the switching capacitors (10) and (11) are connected, lower plates of which are connected to inputs of current conveyor through switches (12) and (13), closed in second control phase, and with grounding unit through switches (14) and (15), closed in first control phase, while upper plates of capacitors (10), (11) through switches (16), (17) which are closed in first control phase are connected to input units of integrator (20), (21), and through switches (18), (19), closed in second control phase, are connected to grounding unit. ^ EFFECT: expanded spectrum of working frequencies. ^ 4 dwg, 1 tbl |
