<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tandem color image forming apparatus capable of accurately correcting out-of-color registration, regardless of the individual differences and the attaching accuracy of a light-receiving device, such as photodiode. <P>SOLUTION: The color image forming apparatus is equipped with an incident side beam splitter 14c, which separates light I irradiated from an LED 14a into P-wave component light Ip and S-wave component light Is and is used for irradiating a resist pattern, with only the P-wave component light Ip; and a reflection-side beam splitter 14d, which separates light R reflected by the resist pattern into a P-wave component light Rp and an S-wave component light Rs and is used for making the photodiode 14b receive only the regularly reflected light of the P-wave component light Ip that has been transmitted through an incident-side beam splitter 14c. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
