PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an illuminating apparatus having high directivity and capable of efficiently illuminating an object with a luminous flux that has uniform brightness. SOLUTION: The illuminating apparatus includes: a light source 2; and an optical member 3 that has at least incident faces 3a to 3c on which a luminous flux from the light source 2 is made incident on, and an emission face 3g from which the luminous flux from the incident face emits. The optical member changes the diverging luminous flux from the light source into a parallel luminous flux and guides it to the emission face.
