PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide member coupling structure capable of rotating relatively a first member and a second member and coupling and fixing them in the correct state, even when fitted at any position of a plurality of fitting angle positions, and preventing surely coupling or fixing in a wrong state. SOLUTION: The first member 10 and the second member 11 can be rotated relatively around a common axis X from any position of the plurality of fitting angle positions up to a normal fixing angle position where both projection pieces 35, 39 are connected to each other by inserting screws 34 into through-holes 38, 42 with each correct fitting face 36, 40 of the first member side projection piece 35 and the second member side projection piece 39 facing each other. A stopper 43 for regulating the rotation approach of both projection pieces 35, 39 to such a degree that the screws 34 can be inserted into the two through-holes 38, 42 in the wrong state of each back 37, 41 of each projection piece 35, 39 facing each other is provided at at least either of the first member 10 and the second member 11.
