PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent laminated film having a radio transmission property, excellent in heat-resistant cracking property and lower in cost than in that of a conventional film, and a transparent laminate. SOLUTION: The transparent laminated film comprises a high-refraction index layer and a low-refraction index layer mutually laminated on at least one face of a transparent polymer film, both the high-refraction index layer and the low-refraction index layer having a coating thin film layer, and at least the high-refraction index layer having an organic content.
