A device comprising: a base (50); first and second lower arms (10,20) coupled to the base and first and second upper arms (30,40). The first lower arm (10) is rotatably connected to the first upper arm (30) at a first point (15), and the second lower arm (20) is rotatably connected to the second upper arm (40) at a second point (25). The first upper arm comprises a free arm (32) and a connecting arm (34), and the second upper arm similarly comprises a free arm (42) and connecting arm (44). The connecting arm of the first upper arm (34) is rotatably connected to the connecting arm of the second upper arm at a third point (35). The free arm (42) of the second upper arm is substantially perpendicular to the connecting arm (34) of the first upper arm (30) and the free arm (42) of the second upper arm (40) is substantially perpendicular to the connecting arm (44) of the second upper arm. The device may be used to hold fishing rods or secure tools. |
