PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism for information recording capable of classifying and rearranging data of images, sounds, etc., by users without any troublesome operation, so that the users can individually retrieve or reproduce their data. SOLUTION: An information recording device 1 secures a unique information recording area corresponding to personal information acquired from a wireless tag 30 on a high capacity recording medium 19. When a photographic mode is selected, still picture data for recording are acquired in response to full depression of a shutter button and then converted into a file in predetermined format, and the image file is recorded in the unique information recording area corresponding to the personal information acquired from the wireless tag 30. When a reproduction mode is selected, the image recorded in the information recording area corresponding to the personal information acquired from the wireless tag 30 is expanded in a memory section 13, and the expanded image is displayed on a display section 12.
