REINFORCEMENT METHOD AND REINFORCEMENT STRUCTURE OF STEEL STRUCTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcement method etc. of a steel structure by which the steel structure can be easily and effectively reinforced and a reinforcing material seldom exfoliates even when a load is applied. SOLUTION: A plurality of carbon fiber sheets 20 are glued onto a surface of a steel member 2 of the steel structure 1 so that end parts 21 of the carbon fiber sheets 20 overlap stepwise in a direction of application of a tensile force. A cover sheet 26 covering the step-like end parts 21 of the overlapped carbon fiber sheets 20 is adhered to the surface of the steel member 2 and the end parts 21 of the carbon fiber sheets 20.
