PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of an exterior wall panel that allows the panel to be mounted to a building frame using a small number of part items without performing welding, thus enhancing constructability, and reducing the costs of construction work and members. SOLUTION: The mounting structure includes: a Z-steel member 21 having a horizontal piece 21a placed on the lower end face 27a of the panel and a rear upright piece 21b secured to the building frame, with the upper end of the rear upright piece 21b serving as a protruding piece 21c that produces perpendicularly from the back 27b of the panel; a C-steel member having an upright part that abuts the back 27b of the panel, a lower horizontal piece serving as a protruding piece that protrudes perpendicularly from the back of the panel, and an upper horizontal piece secured to the building frame; and clamps 25 each having at one end a V-shaped locking part 25a which, together with the back 27b of the panel, clamps the protruding piece 21c. With the clamps 25 screwed to the bottom and the top of the back 27b of the panel, the back 27b of the panel and the V-shaped locking part 25a together clamp the protruding piece 21c and the panel 27 is mounted to the building frame via the Z-steel member 21 and the C-steel member.
